AIRplus® Air Pillows
Light as a feather and reliably shock-resistant, Storopack’s AIRplus® air pillows are the optimal protective packaging for sensitive products. A variety of pillow shapes can be produced as required directly at the packing station, therefore saving valuable storage space. All AIRplus® machine types can be integrated into existing packing processes – including in combination with automated packing lines and storage containers at the packing station. The range includes four different film types: Prepackaged products can be ideally blocked and braced in the carton with AIRplus® Void, as the large air pillows optimally fill the void.
PAPERplus - Void Fill
Whether filling voids, cushioning from impact shock or blocking and bracing goods against transport damage: Storopack’s PAPERplus® paper cushioning offers all-around perfect protection for your packaged goods, whether they’re small and fragile or bulky and heavy. Our product portfolio is just as diverse as the protective functions of PAPERplus®: Storopack offers a variety of paper cushioning systems that produce just the right packaging materials for every requirement and can be used individually or integrated into existing packaging processes.
FOAMplus® Bag Packer
The FOAMplus® Bag Packer³ system produces foam packaging bags at the press of a button, which adapt specifically to the contours of the packaged goods. Thanks to the tried-and-tested foam-in-bag system, film bags can be filled with foam automatically through regular batch production or as required, directly at the packing station. As it expands and hardens, the foam surrounds the products in the box, securely blocking and bracing and protecting them from shocks. The option to produce foam packaging tubes is just one of its impressive features and guarantees maximum flexibility for all packaging applications.
